Pros: It's simple to use, it keeps everything organized and it alerts you when someone adds something to a board or card.
Cons: I can easily become confusing if you use too many cards on one board.

The Web version is compatible with most browsers and can be accessed by users of Apple as well as Android tablets and phones. The Developer API section allows users with coding skills to develop extensions, plugins and apps.

“Cost effective project management tool”
Pros: I like the way it incorporates with other things via Powerups. I use Trello Butler all the time (both the bot and the powerup) to automate just about everything I do on Trello (love those dashcards especially!). I integrate it with Zapier to parse leads on my Trello board and keep track of what happens on Google Sheets.
Cons: Will take time for new users to understand and start using the tool. - moving from card to card to check and the update is little time-consuming.
Overall Experience: Very easy to share boards with anyone to have a view of the lists and allow permissions to comment. Overall the free version is a very cost-effective project management tool- because its FREE!!

Trello is one of the least complex applications that exist today and for that reason it is a pleasure to be able to do any kind of work with this application, besides its ease, it is very good in its own. Sometimes we feel that Trello limits our work a bit but we always know how to adjust to what Tello offers and we do very well, it is a recommended application.

We use Trello extensively for managing both large projects and small day-to-day tasks. We use it for assigning work to interns and also for keeping an exhaustive to-do list. It beats out other paid software that is available in our organization for the speed with which you can add cards and tasks and move on to doing real work.

Pros: It is free, A board for a project and you can see all the items on one page. Adding a new member is easy.
Cons: No chart and calendar events.
