Pros: I did like the quick ability to see how your local citations line up, get a quick score, see how those are doing.

Cons: The backlink checker was not good. Very much not thorough. The keyword ranking and research only let you track a little and then became a way too expensive, making it make more sense to just get a software dedicated to rank tracking. Never found the other tools terribly useful.

This tool has helped us to improve our site's DA and SERP ranking. Best thing about this is that User Interface is too simple as anyone can use this tool without any prior training. I have relied upon this tool for on-page and off-page SEO but as per my experience, this tool is best for On page SEO. Unlike other SEO tools, Moz Pro always provide genuine information. This tool also provides SEO insights which can be used to improve the Ranking score of the website.

I have been using Moz tools for many years, and I am thankful to the developers of such tools. After Google stopped giving page rank to web pages, people can refer to PA (page authority) provided by Moz. I also check the DA and spam score of websites to decide whether I have to create a backlink on that website or not. Highly recommended!

It provides us with Best and Detailed Reports.

Pros: Backlink analysis - not only can you see every backlink to your site, but the SEO "strength" of the backlinking domain. We realized we had plenty of backlinks, but not as many as we'd like from stronger domains. Now, we're targeting stronger domains with relevant content containing links to those domains.

Cons: This is tough as I'm fairly green when it comes to SEO. But, that's what Moz excels at in my experience. If there's something you don't understand or would like to know more about, they have a massive library of helpful content. I do wish the live chat functionality was actually live. They're somewhat quick to respond (>24 hours), but it's always been a gamble as to when I'll actually receive a response to my question.

Pros: Ranking reports and crawl frequency are my favorite features of Moz Pro. The keyword research tool is also very functional.

Cons: OSE doesn't discover as many links as some of the other SEO tools that I use.

Overall Experience: Moz includes the most important features you expect from an online SEO tool. Backlink analysis, keyword tracker, domain analysis, onsite and offsite SEO, organic traffic analysis and competitor analysis (just SEO).

Pros: User-friendly tool.

Cons: It is having some issue while searching.

Pros: It covers all the basics and requirements a true SEO expert is in need of.

Cons: As per our business we feel it is costly.

The software is not suitable for very large files. The product is a little slow and can be easily overloaded. Hence we had a negative response and feedback for Moz Pro.

Pros: Online backup service that will automatically archive all your files. Only costs reasonable for unlimited storage.



Cons: Not any issues yet, however access to customer support seems more difficult than it should be. Phone support isn't as proactive as it could be.
