“Nice open-source PIM system”

This software is a really good alternative to Pimcore and Akeneo (and other paid PIM systems too), if you are looking for a PIM and DAM system, not for e-commerce platform (with CMS, PIM, DAM, online store in a single instance). To my opinion it has a better usability and is self-explanatory. What I really like is a possibility to configure the data model and layouts, so new fields can be added and are usable within minutes. Access can be configured separately for each entity, even on the fields level, no other system has this feature. For really interesting features premium modules should be bought, but it is still much cheaper then Akeneo Enterprise Edition. AtroPIM has no Enterprise Edition so the Core is fully functional.
