“All in one ERP!”
SAP Business one if a very efficient ERP system for small land medium-sized businesses. The biggest benefit I got from the software is the reporting module which offers reporting capability to pretty much aspect of the business. The only con about the software is that it is that the license is a bit expensive for some small businesses to afford.

Cons: Something I do not like about the application is that you can not control the payroll of a company.
Overall Experience: The flexibility to modify the product/modules without having to pay a programmer. End User capabilities are good.
