“JIRA is easy to use by whole team”
I have been using JIRA for many years and on many projects. It's quite easy to use and comes with other applications from Atlassian. We can integrate confluence and bitbucket with JIRA and that makes life easy for dev and team leads.

“Best in my opinion”
I have used Jira on multiple projects for my website - The Party People and would seem to be the best of the tools. It is also the most expensive which is the main deterrent for me. The software has its own limitations so not perfect scores but it’s the best in my opinion.
