Evernote

When I use notebooks, I have realized that I lose the notes, or don't write fast enough to capture what is being said. With Evernote, with the click of a button or swipe of my phone, I can quickly search and access what I need to write a proposal, follow-up email or to prepare for a meeting. I like organizing all my thoughts in one place instead of having to remember where I put my notes and what I wrote down after a full day of meetings. I recommend Evernote for all your devices because as long as you are logged in to the same account, you can access your content from any one of them.

Evernote is the ONE APP that makes my life easier. I keep track of new contacts by being able to snap a photo of a business card. I can scan documents and individually encrypt to reduce papers floating around my office. I create grocery lists and save recipes that I can access from all my devices. I can even do an on the spot presentation. There are so many ways I use this app!

I used to use Evernote for work, tracking meeting minutes, proposal notes, bd initiatives. Since, I've moved to using Evernote for personal information. The app is straightforward and I've never had a major issue.

I use Evernote daily – it has become asolid part of my digital workflow. I work offsite 90% of the time, and Evernote has been invaluable for taking notes and having those notes available to me at all times, from mobile to desktop. I have tried out other note taking Apps and alwasy come back to Evernote. Their interface is nicer, the ease of inserting it into my workflow makes sense... it's just the perfect App for me!

I clip web pages, scribble hand-written notes on my phone and PC tablet, and capture/type ideas all day. I've managed to take the six different apps across four different devices (desktop, phone, PC tablet, Android tablet) and bring it all together in one synchronized, searchable, shareable database of "stuff" -- I couldn't be happier! The bonus of built in templates and forms is icing on the cake.

I used Evernote premium a year. 1 reason which I need in it — to clip web pages which are more then 25mb. Now I use Notion and can't image Evernote as a competitor of this tool. Evernote doesn't have an intuitive UX, a lot of features I don't know or can't imagine how can I use it. Notion is more modern, attractive (typography, layouts, visual style, branding), much easier to use for personal and collaborates needs, so I see no reason to use a product and pay money just for clipping content.
