It requires someone from Zoho to help in the set up but the Indian customer service is just not upto the mark. The software is good but one cannot use it well until it is set up correctly and that is really complicated

we've been using zoho rcruit for quite some time now and we use it on a daily basis to track our candidate pipeline. The implementation part has been easy from the get go since it was reletively easy to understand the process when we first used it. Currently, we're using only one feature of the AT services. The customer support has been good in terms of helping us navigate through some hiccups that we may have used.
