It is great and extremely powerful, but with that it is also a bit overwhelming. It had a learning curve to get through in order to utilize it and even after a whole trial period I still do not believe I was able to utilize it to its fullest extent. It was very helpful in tracking and posting jobs and I do believe it is worth it, because of how powerful it can be.

That being said the software suite as a while it about the same but extremely useful and powerful if used correctly!

This was great addition to our HR tools. I can’t remember what we did without it. I use it to recruit qualified people to apply and weed out the extra without spending lots of time interviewing unnecessary people.
