Zoho Recruit is a great platform for the small business who is expanding but on a budget. It is very user friendly and seamlessly integrates with other platforms to give you a one stop for talent management. I have used this with clients as well as my own companies. I highly recommend just going straight for the enterprise edition. The value for the price is incredible. I recommend it to all of my clients who are looking to streamline their recruiting process.

Zoho Recruit suited perfectly to our recruitment automation process and we have been successfully using the tool for 1 month.

Though we found some of the restrictions incorrect and some of the functionality was not up to the mark. Overall it is very good tool and we are quiet happy with the same.

It has a lot of great benefits and features to use for a start-up business, but it is very pricey when you require full access. We may decide to look into it in more detail at a later stage and see if its really worth it.
