So far it good to go, but we need the customization and workflow should be done by zoho end that would make it feasible for the best trial experience to move with purchase.

We upgraded from a very basic CRM and Zoho has surpassed my expectations. The migration process was super easy and the platform is very user friendly. I have been able to customise and tailor to my business needs and this was a huge plus for our business. The CV parsing tool is very accurate and it integrates easily with other tools via Zapier so makes adding clients and contacts super easy, this was not a function with our previous CRM so has made a massive difference in terms of efficiency. Support can be slow but you can pay for upgraded support packages to ensure you have your own dedicated support manager and for bigger businesses it would definitely be worth it. Everything we have needed to do we have found in a video tutorial or answered on the forum.

Zoho recruit is a great solution and has transformed our recruitment process. We are able to advertise roles quickly, perform screening in an automated manner and close out the recruitment process all online with a great digital experience for our internal staff and external candidates who apply for our roles/jobs we advertise.
