Hands down the BEST ATS & CRM SaaS for recruiting that we have used, more so than most other ATS, and CRM systems in the sector. Implementation: The implementation process is a) self-explanatory for 95% of the process. The other 4.9999% is almost guaranteed to be documented somewhere, most likely by Zoho Corp itself. They have made sure that the knowledge base is the Encyclopedia Britannica of SaaS. Features: The insane amount of features, integrations, and workflows that recruit offers is mind-boggling. They integrate either natively or through third parties with hundreds if not 1000s of platforms, through 1000s of apps and systems that integrate out of the box. The process of building your candidate databases makes me swoon. From parsing imported resumes, sending resumes through email to get automatically parsed by the system or through extensions to import resumes from job boards & socials, they make it not only easy, but the accuracy is better than the competition by at least 2x.
