I've always been a fan of Zoho. Out of all the BI software out there, Zoho Reports has the most features while being the easiest to use even if you're not so tech savvy! This makes it so easy for accounting and marketing personnel.

It was pretty difficult to figure out how to use. I have a little bit of background in MySQL and creating reports but a lot of this was lost on me. Luckily I had other people to explain it and help me out, but it's not very user-friendly to those who don't already have some prerequisite knowledge.

“BI at it's Finest!”
Zoho Reports is quite easy to use, at least for someone who has worked with other reporting and data visualization tools. Sharing with non-technical users is quite easy and straightforward. We, mostly, use tabular reports and the performance has been quite good.

We are a small startup who needs to analyze the data of our emailing campaigns. Zoho reports provide a good platform to create charts and analyze data and recombine them in an interesting way.Easy to import data from other online sources using API calls.

Pros: Ability to write MySQL codes including Inner and Left joins has helped immensely in putting together data from disparate sources.
Cons: Should improve the visual aspects of charts and tables. For some of our clients, we had to consider other visualization tools for generating good-looking reports.

Cons: Support & documentation isn't great, the API is not very reliable and has a habit of changing syntax without warning.
Overall Experience: Zoho Analytics is awesome. The different types of reports that you can create with data from almost anywhere make this a very powerful app. It's fairly easy to drag and drop the data you need into the report, and then choose form many different styles of reports.
