We were using this program across UnitedFinances organization. This allows all of our projects to be in on place that is easily accessible to everyone dealing with the same client or region. My favorite part of the program is the retention projects. They allow us to show our worth to our clients and in turn give them a better understanding of the work we provide. That’s because it’s an all-in-one solution integrating CRM, project management, and a collaboration platform, thus eliminating the need to purchase individual tools or add integrations. Our only concern with this project management software is that it has so many features that may be confusing and untraceable in the beginning. We use the software daily.
