Dropbox

I’ve used Dropbox since it first started and I am very happy with the service provided to me. It has never let me down. This solution helps me stay extremely organized the way it should be. I recommend it to all businesses. With this tool, I am able to store thousands of files and also share them securely. I love the functionality, and quick syncing of files between devices.

Used for years for business document storage. Easy to use across our remote working team and easy to install as a drive on your computer. Protects and stores data.

We have been using Dropbox Business for the past 7 or so years. We made this decision, as we wanted to go towards cloud-based file sharing, and Dropbox Business was one of the best options at the time. Since then, the field has really expanded with OneDrive, GoogleDrive and more; however, we've stuck with Dropbox because we find it really easy to use, the interface is pleasing, and it does what we need it to do: safely store all our organizational documents for ease of access.

It has some cool "extra" features, like HelloSign, which allows you to send over documents for signature. We don't have to use that a lot, but when we do it, it's really nice. It has Paper, which is supposed to be a more collaborative platform; however, the last time I used it, it was much more complicated and not as user friendly as say, Google Docs. Our team currently uses all Google products when it comes to collaborating on Slides, documents, spreadsheets, etc.

We will continue to use Dropbox Business because it meets all of our needs and comes at a decent price for all of us.
