As a business owner at We Seek Travel, who uses Square Appointments, I can provide some insights about this software. One of its key advantages is the seamless integration of Square Appointments with other Square products, including payment processing and inventory management. The reporting features, however, could be more robust. For the past year or so, my business has been using Square Appointments to make daily appointment bookings with our clients. We value its simplicity and the capability to send our clients automated appointment reminders.

We VEM Medical has been using Square appointments software for 3+ Years. The user interface is user-friendly. The platform requires little training and is self-explanatory. The finished product is aesthetically pleasing and contemporary. It would be more convenient if there were a single app for all services. The service list's character limit. It would be useful to send appointments to other applications.

We at DebtHammer use Square Appointments. It is well-integrated. You can sync it with your calendars and it will automatically block off any times you're unavailable and fill in your calendar when people make appointments or remove the appointment when it's canceled. It can be expensive, though, especially if you don't use Square as your payment processor.

Our company uses Square Appointments for $90 a month. We went with this software as it is highly intuitive and is loaded with user-friendly features that are fully able to cater to the needs of a whole team while providing each member a personalized, unique user experience.

The biggest advantage of using this software is their automated prepayment and cancellation fee processes for no-shows while a comprehensive payment collection system is placed upon checkout. 

The software offers embeddable booking widgets on websites and social platforms which makes us more accessible to our consumers and delivers automated email and text reminders for that "extra-mile" customer experience. Best of all, Square Appointment has a built-in point-of-sale system that allows adjustments for taxes and discounts. The only con of this software is that there are feature limitations for certain package tiers which most software platforms don't have.
