Our company SiteLogicMarketing uses ShipStation. Our company has been using ShipStation for several years now, and we use it daily to manage our shipments for clients. This software is the ability to integrate with multiple sales channels and carriers, making it easy to manage shipments in one central location. The software can be difficult to set up and learn, especially for those who are not as familiar with the technology. ShipStation can be more expensive than some other shipping software options.

Since our company Inyouths, uses UPS and FedEx to ship out our products, we have been using ShipStation, for over 2 years. ShipStation has been a lifesaver as it enables us to process all our orders from different marketplaces and websites quickly and easily. We use ShipStation daily, taking only a few minutes to process orders daily. This helps us greatly optimize our shipping operations. The software is user-friendly and straightforward, with robust features like tracking options, batch label printing, shipment automation, etc. On top of that, the customer support team is really helpful and always available to assist with any queries.

I love this app! It makes it so easy to get great pricing, print labels, and ship out product quickly all in one program!

You can effectively organize and manage shipping and service from your e-commerce websites. Presence of a powerful feature to identify return customers. The search customer feature where you can search to field details of a customer is very robust as it reduces a lot of time. A huge volume of orders is processed with higher fulfillment times. Highly responsive customer service.
