  • Deals and their pipelines may be readily maintained thanks to its strength and abundance of capabilities. If you set the parameters correctly, you may keep track of each customer's information, including historical orders, predicted revenues, and long-term worth. Integrating it with other platforms is simple. Working with workflows in the background makes implementation simple. Customer service at Octopuspro is always available and responds quickly.
  • Centralizing our forms and response was a much needed improvement for the day to day management.
  • I work in the music industry and used beats, which are very customizable but slow and cluttered, and I had to employ a different producer every time I needed a change. I then utilized another CRM, which provided the simplicity I desired but was five to ten times more expensive and did not let me personalize it. The greatest of all worlds is Octopuspro.

What users like the least

  • Personally, I do not find any downside to it.
  • That wasn't possible unfortunately as the url to the page had already been shared. I was told the suggestion to add that feature was forwarded to the leadership and dev team, so that's good
  • Having a live chat feature would be convenient. But when I do receive a response (within 24 hours), it's thorough and I don't need much back and forth, especially for the minimal cost.
