It facilitates sharing, co-authoring & updating files from diverse locations simultaneously. This is great for businesses that want to let their employees work from home. It is on an internet Cloud-based system, so if a user doesn’t have proper internet or experiences frequent downtime, they may struggle. The other biggest drawback is its compatibility with the old devices. The new devices in software can easily support it, but the older ones face many problems.

We've never had to contact Customer Support for one-on-one advice. Any issues have been able to be resolved by their online help articles. This is a testament to the quality of their product and their proactive online support. There is a lot of support for Microsoft 365 to integrate with other platforms.

We Rainwalk Pet Insurance have been using Microsoft 365. In the context of a workplace, is that almost everyone has a basic level of competency with the software it offers. While I still find programs like Word and Excel somewhat unintuitive, their essential functions are easy to access and use. However, any deeper functionality tends not to be very user-friendly. I’ve also had less than stellar experiences with their customer support (unresponsive and unhelpful).

As a company with 90% remote workers, one of the advantages of Microsoft 365 is that it allows remote employees access to their emails and documents. One of the downsides to Microsoft 365 is its internet reliability. As a cloud-based system, Microsoft 365 doesn’t function without an internet connection on mobile devices. With most employees working remotely and mainly from their mobile devices, any form of internet downtime affects the functioning of Microsoft 365.
