Overall ADP does mainly what we want it to do. We have run into some issues where our benefits and payroll modules dont speak well with each other. Recently, ADP changed where you can no longer email your account manager for anything you must always call which is very time consuming. I personally like how the recruitment module is able to have our managers interact with applicants and even HR on their decisions. It would be nice if we could send message to employees through ADP, not many of our employees have access to email everyday but log into ADP to clock in and out. Also, ive noticed it goes down a lot at 5pm when everyone is trying to clock out.

Have used Workforce Now for many years for payroll, time & attendance and HR. Makes what used to be a 3-person job function now easy to manage with just one employee. Big time saver and loads of functionality.
