Tracking applications and job openings is a breeze. With just 1 recruiter in the org, was a pain to track applications, schedule interviews and update the status before i started using Zoho.

I use Zoho Recruit to find volunteers for my non-profit organization. The software itself is incredibly cost-effective for any for-profit company. I believe Zoho should offer the product at a discounted rate for eligible non-profit organizations working to advance social wellness. The user interface is initially confusing, but it quickly becomes manageable as you learn your way around the system. The hiring pipeline is helpful to maintain track of each candidate, as well as the big picture hiring process. Overall, a solid recruitment software to try.

Overall, my experience has been very positive with Zoho. They are helpful in the initial set up. The UI is way cleaner and less clunky than other platforms I've used. After testing numerous platforms, Zoho Recruit is the product we chose.

Zoho Recruit's Resume parsing is an amazing tool to get all the information by just uploading candidate's resume. This automated my day to day manhours.
Other features like job boards, are great too.

We Ever Wallpaper use Zoho Recruit as our recruiting software. We have had mixed experiences using the recruiting software Zoho Recruit. This is a definite plus, as it means that we can spend less time training new employees on how to use the system. Additionally, the software has a number of helpful features, such as the ability to track applicants and send automated emails. However, we have also found that the system is often slow and glitchy
