The UI leaves a lot to be desired, but once you get the hang of it it gets better. Email correspondence through Zoho is unrefined, as the variables show up in a different font. But you really can't beat what you get for the price. Having all of your candidates in one place with their corresponding scorecards alone is worth it.

I have tried a couple similar platform and Zoho Recruit is one of the best ones out there. If you are looking an applicant tracking system for your staffing and recruitment agency. this is it. I also like that it has its own candidate portal and client company portal. you just have to sign up and try to see other great features it comes with. it does have a learning curve but their wizard is helpful to get things going for you.

We started using Zoho mail, then added CRM and Recruit modules as well. There was some learning curve for Recruit, but eventually you get a hang of it. Very intuitive user interface and plenty of features, I wouldn't say I miss anything after using the overpriced competitor products.
