- To be perfectly honest, I find very little to complain about. However, during peak office hours, the system can sometimes get a bit slow, which I believe may be related to our internet connection.
- Occasionally, a minor bug hampers the visibility of current desk users, but refreshing the browser remedies this. Rare instances of lagging and reservation hiccups have been observed but are far from a routine occurrence.
- The process to adjust the reservation time could be more intuitive. Currently, modifying a booking time without canceling and rebooking is not straightforward, which is an inconvenience.
