Sublex Chat turns the material you already have into an AI assistant that answers your customers on your website, 24/7, in their language.
Give it your web address and it reads your site. Add documents, price lists, and Q&As, then test it privately with real customer questions. When ready, paste one line into your website and go live.
Sublex Chat only answers from the information you provide. It never invents prices, opening hours, or appointments. When it doesn't know, it says so, captures the customer's details, and logs the unanswered question for you to review and fix.
Live chat and human takeover are included, with no extra charges. Remove the Sublex badge at no additional cost.
Billing is by conversation, not messages. New accounts get the full Business plan free for 14 days, no card required. Afterward, choose a paid plan or stay on Free, nothing you've built is deleted.
