Difficult to use for people with a poor accounting background.

Troubleshooting errors is a difficult task for this software.

Changes are made very often on the software. It takes time to get hold of new things every time.

While the software offers all the mandatory services one would look for, compromise on usability is unacceptable. The ease of use and the learning ability required to operate the software must be catered better. Once you get used to the software, it is one of the best options you have.

My experience with Intacct is that it is very reliable and there is very little (if any) downtime. I'm happy with the functionality and I find the UI to be very user friendly and intuitive. We integrated Intacct to Adaptive Insights and were really happy to have daily actuals integrated into our Adaptive planning system for real-time reporting. This was a huge plus for us!
