Moon Invoice is an ideal invoicing solution offering extended functionalities such as business accounting, financial reports, expense mileage, time-sheet, sales receipts, and payment management.
Moon Invoice is a product designed and developed by Moon Technolabs in 2011. It is available for users across all the platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and Web App). The product has crossed 5M+ installs, recording a healthy figure of active users onboard!
To extend our offering in the industry, we have also designed Moon POS, a POS billing software for the retail and restaurant industry.
Being a CEO and Founder at Moon Invoice, my role is to make continuous research and development for improvising the product following both time and trends. The major league of my role includes team expansion, technical changes or advancements in the product, strategizing the marketing and sales funnel, and much more.

The primary objective of designing an invoicing solution, Moon Invoice, was to ease the business owners and freelancers from managing daily business financing hassles. One of the primary reasons for launching Moon Invoice with 20+ payment integrations is a lack of a digital invoicing app to streamline many payments.

Moon Invoice is an ideal invoicing solution because it helps businesses and professionals to manage all the different types of invoices, including proforma invoices, business invoices, credit notes, and recurring invoices on the go. To save time and effort, we offer 66+ predefined invoice templates that can be customized easily. Also, we keep updating our apps as per the demand of our customers.
Recently, we have added the sales receipts feature to help our users generate and issue sales receipts to their customers/clients.
Also, when it comes to features- we do not limit our users from utilizing most of the features under any subscription plan.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
For me, an excellent customer satisfaction rate falls somewhere between 70 to 75%. We have an ongoing communication channel with our clients, which keeps us updated on their issues, suggestions, and requirements.
To cater to our customer’s needs and requirements, we have LIVE feedback forms that help them address their issues directly with our technical and support team.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Yes, our customers are repetitive. We have successfully maintained a 65% retention ratio- which makes us quite proud of our software.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we have different links about the resources that we generate for our customers or users regularly. We have a blog section designed for our users and website visitors to help them learn about our software features and some general facts about their industry, such as tax rates, financial practices, business tips and tricks, customer sales knowledge, and much more.
For getting well-acquainted with the product, we have a FAQ section- where each module of our product is explained in detail. For version updates of all the platforms, we have an announcement and newsletter section. We send a monthly newsletter to our clients via email and publish the same on our website.

We have recorded revenue of 5 Million for our product Moon Invoice in 2021.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
10 years is called a decade! So, after a decade- I assume the growth and revenue of our product XX times as compared to 2021. Also, there is a possibility of new digital devices and platforms in the future- where we would have our presence for sure! Apart from invoicing and POS, we shall be extending our functionality into detailed business operations such as CRM and ERP. Fingers crossed!
