Microsoft Project

Microsoft Project is a great tool for working on projects and managing a portfolio. It has built-in templates and scheduling features to help teams stay on track. It also offers advanced analytics to help you understand how to proceed with big decisions. Being a CMO of Maple Holistics, I feel that plus point of this tool is to help users understand how company resources are being used. It also offers different subscription packages, so you can find the best fit for your business.

I had use MS Project since I was in the college and throughout the years they have improve a lot of fetaures, especially the ones links to administration and acconting, I usually use Project to set a route to my projects no matter the topics, it can be a book or a paper, but Project always help you setting time and schedule

Pros: Not expensive

Cons: No support and sharing capabilities

Pros: Convenient integration to office products.

Cons: Convoluted

Pros: Easy to use.

Cons: Not ideal for collaboration and sharing data.

This software really helps and manages multiple projects and track numerous tasks. It is helpful when performing Lessons Learned and Project Reviews. Users can keep up-to-date with task checklists without the need for constant meetings or check-ups something that in theory will save project teams a lot of time.

Pros: New trends and growing standards of the industry are not included in this tool like Power BI & Tableau data visualization interface etc.

Cons: NA

Pros: Tested, has everything required for project management, monitoring and control.

Cons: Too expensive

Overall Experience: I personally find it the best project management tool but it could be because I have been using it for a long time before the startups came by.

Overall Experience: Good Experience with Microsoft as they Continuously solving and improve there software.
