Overview
About MessageBlink
Message Blink is a Salesforce-native messaging solution built by Sastorm Software, a Salesforce ISV Partner, that lets businesses send bulk SMS and WhatsApp messages directly from within Salesforce — no separate messaging tools or external APIs required.
Key features include AgentForce AI-powered automated replies that handle simple customer responses instantly, real-time delivery tracking, customizable message templates, a unified inbox for SMS and WhatsApp conversations, and no-code automation using Salesforce Flows to trigger messages based on Lead or Opportunity status changes.
Because it operates entirely within Salesforce's own security boundary, customer data never leaves the CRM — offering stronger data residency than third-party API-based alternatives. Message Blink is GDPR and TCPA-compliant, with built-in opt-out handling.
Ideal for businesses sending order updates, appointment reminders, or promotional campaigns at scale, directly from the CRM they already use.
