Lobbytrack

Lobbytrack has been a game-changer for our visitor management! It’s user-friendly, efficient, and keeps our team informed in real-time. The seamless check-in process, security features, and great customer support make it a must-have. We highly recommend this if you are looking for a new visitor management software.

After watching some videos and reading, I set up the system to work for our organisation. However, it was delayed for a few months due to the merging of the organisations I work for.
The support, as is the issue with us as we are in NZ, is often a delayed response, which was to be expected; however, the mornings worked well, and I would say that I was thrilled with Saurabh's excellent help.
We did have an issue getting the video to play, but the techies from behind the scenes helped, and that was my only stumbling block.
It is straightforward for the user, and for our records, it is clear, easy, and ticks the boxes for our Health and safety records. I am able to access it anytime and have the history; it is just what we need.

Coming from paper signings this has been a great experience. visitors can now easily signin and we can also track where people are in emergency management situations.

Good software that has worked well with our current system. It has been easy to use and easy to integrate.we use this software on a daily basis.

I took on the task of evaluating several products to make the final decision on what we would procure and implement. Over the past month, I've been going through this process, and now we're prepared to move forward with the purchase and implementation of the chosen product. I'm new to software like LobbyTrack, specifically a visitor management tool. While assessing the product before deciding to implement it, I've found the support to be the standout aspect. The early support I received, both in terms of sales and technical assistance, played a crucial role in shaping my decision-making process. It not only helped me evaluate the product but also influenced my final decision on whether to make the purchase. Right now, support is the key factor for me, and it's what I value most in a company.

Lobbytrack comes with many features, many of which our organization did not need (e.g. photo capture). Fortunately, all of these are easy to enable/disable in the settings to create a streamlined sign-in process.

Using Lobbytrack has been helpful in improving our company’s visitor management. The software is very easy to navigate. We also enjoyed the notification feature for hosts upon their guest’s check-in. The user interface on the iPad for guest check-in is well done, although the interface for check-in on the PC feels a little too simplistic and outdated. We also enjoyed the customizable options for required guest information, but it would be helpful if we could still create appointments despite missing some of the information. For example, we may not always have an email address for a service technician. Overall, Lobbytrack has been well received by our staff and our guests!

We evaluated several visitor management solutions/apps and Lobbytrack stood apart from much of the competition. It was easy to implement, configure, and start using. The sales team was very thorough and helpful in answering questions I had. Overall great experience!

We started using Lobbytrack to modernize our previous paper visitor log. We quickly started viewing this as an opportunity to make a strong branding impression on all visitors to our office. We also discovered, post-implementation, that we would need to use the pre-registration features to reduce the bottleneck that was created when we had a group of visitors arriving at the same time. As an added bonus, we are able to send pertinent information to all our visitors, such as the guest Wi-Fi info.

We had a really hard time keeping track of our visitors. We constantly have people coming in and out our office for demos. Because of Lobbytrack we were able to get a better visitors log and have them sign our NDA.
