The features are the best part of Google Drive that helps a business to manage all their important folders under one software.
Real-time synchronization is very fast, and the user interface is very simple. The price compared to other companies is very low for cloud storage.

Limited space is what I think needs to be extended upto 30 GB as per the use.

Google drive is a very important tool to store data on the cloud and share data with others. It has a storage system and allows everyone to access it from anywhere with a help of the internet. It is easier to set up and users can get access to different services like Gmail, photos, YouTubes. Google doc has an online feature and saves any document automatically and can easily be shared with others. Important documents or any updates on companies' policies can easily be shared with team members by google doc. The editor can set the privacy of who can edit the documents or not. Moreover, google sheets also an important feature that gives us access to track down all the team members' attendance. To record and analyzes situation like if couriers or customers having an issue using the app or other concerns, we can gather the data and send it to the appropriate team to look into it.

“Affordable "Gold Standard"”

There are plenty of places out there that offer online backups and file sharing. But Google Drive is by far the best solution I've used. First, your ability to share files is much more robust than DropBox and unlike Dropbox, it won't require the user to upgrade if you've chosen a bad sharing option. I've had clients use Dropbox, but it forced me to upgrade simply to gain access, where I have never had that happen with Google drive. Also, it offers a very convenient way to mount your drive so you can use it simply as a local drive. This is great as we put all of our client files on a drive, so they are shared across the service and sales organizations.

“User-Friendly and Highly Accurate!”

We at Dragonfly just use Google Drive for our transcriptions. We open a new document in the Drive, hit CTRL + Shift + S and start recording. You can also run a video at the same time and have it automatically transcribe that. It’s not perfect, and you need to make revisions following the transcription, but that goes for any transcription service. It’s totally free, which is a big plus, especially for a company such as ours that doesn’t do a lot of transcription.
