Gohorto

My experience with Gohorto has been very positive. The platform centralizes application management, startup evaluations, mentor engagement, project tracking, and reporting—eliminating the need for multiple disconnected tools and manual spreadsheets. The intuitive interface and configurable workflows let us adapt the platform to our existing processes rather than the other way around. Integration with Google Analytics helped us track user engagement and program performance, while the reporting and dashboard features gave us clear visibility into progress and significantly reduced manual administrative work.

We've been using Gohorto daily for about eight months now after replacing our patchwork of Notion, Airtable, Trello, and Google Calendar. The applications module won us over immediately—founder details land directly in the system with stage and status already connected, instead of us manually copying from a Google Form into Airtable and building a Trello card for each one. What used to take a full afternoon each week now takes about 20 minutes.

Pricing is very reasonable compared to what we were paying across all our old tools combined, and we haven't needed to add other software since most of what we need is already built in. The one gap is reporting—we still export data to Google Sheets for custom board-update charts, so more flexibility on the dashboard side would let us stay within Gohorto instead of jumping between tools.

Our experience with Gohorto over the past year has been transformative, shifting our accelerator from a fragmented collection of spreadsheets and project boards to a unified program management system. Gohorto centralizes the entire cohort lifecycle, managing everything from intake and founder profiles to mentor matching and Demo Day milestones, eliminating the constant manual updates we used to need.

The platform's strength lies in its purpose-built architecture. Automated appointment booking and mentor matching have significantly reduced the administrative burden on our operations team, allowing us to prioritize founder support. Role-based views provide clarity—founders see program requirements while mentors access a streamlined interface for their sessions.

There are two areas for improvement: reporting requires manual adjustments to meet sponsor needs, and external mentors are overwhelmed by seeing the full admin interface instead of a simplified view.

I lead an international accelerator, and Gohorto is the first platform that actually maps to how we run cohorts. We used to stitch together project boards, docs, and scheduling tools—now intake, founder profiles, mentor matching, appointments, milestones, and team follow-up live in one place.

Day to day, my operations team spends less time chasing status updates. Mentors know their assignments and session times automatically. Founders see a clear path from application through program tasks to Demo Day. The role-based views mean admins, mentors, and startups each see what they need without a cluttered shared workspace.

Support has been responsive during onboarding, and the product is built for accelerator work rather than generic PM tools. Sponsor reporting for multiple countries could be faster to generate, but Gohorto became our program operating system instead of just another tool in the stack. I'd recommend it to peer accelerators.
