We BestPeopleFinder use “FreshBooks,” a cloud-based software, for accounting because it facilitates excellent customization, easy automation, and perfect collaboration. Being user-friendly, secure, and fast, it’s a great help to streamline all our accounting activities, such as invoicing, time tracking, making payments, etc. It’s been four years, we have been using FreshBooks for four years, and since accounting jobs can’t be delayed, we use it daily to keep all the finances updated.

We NoLimitsTiming have been using Freshbooks for sine long. Creating and tracking the status of invoicing is easy. Its already built-in invoices save us time, and when our clients pay via cheques, we can quickly make invoices with Freshbooks. FreshBooks has a super intuitive interface and ease of action, and it easily integrates with other web services like Gusto. FreshBooks doesn’t offer payroll services. Its mobile app is good, but it has some limitations and doesn’t offer full options. Its latest version has a high cost and some features removed and no new features added.

My company USTitleLoans uses the Freshbooks accounting software. It allows quickly generating invoices and financial reports and monitoring expenses, among other functions. We have used the application for five years without a plan to switch to another platform. Since we have numerous financial transactions each day, we utilize Freshbooks daily. The only drawback I found is that learning how to use it is very challenging especially if you don’t have any accounting background. But once you figure out everything, you’ll be amazed at how it’ll streamline your processes.

We at DebtHammer use FreshBooks and the biggest pros are that it has a really great user experience. It's by far the easiest accounting software to use. Unfortunately, FreshBooks is lacking some customization and automation efforts.

Being a small business owner of Festoon House, I have tried many different Accounting software solutions, each having its pros and cons. We finally settled on using Freshbooks, and it’s been a great decision for our business.

FreshBooks provides all the necessary features like invoices, expense reports, project management, contact management, etc. Some plans even include double accounting entry—all of this very easy to use, barely requiring any training. However, if you are looking to purchase software for multiple users, this might not be the perfect option. It only allows access to one user per plan, and since that was sufficient for my company, I understand that case might be different for others.
