What do you like best?
I love how I can easily create a chatbot easily. It's much simpler in comparison with other chatbot platform i have used. Engati also provides the option of embedding google sheet into your chatbot which makes the lead generation process much easier and organized. Docusense technology along with WhatsApp and live integration makes it the most efficient platform i have come across.

What do you dislike?
I have a few minor drawbacks that I find with this software. In order to take advantage of the docusense, and google sheet integration you need to upgrade to a premium plan. Although its a very easy chatbot and live chat platform you need to have some previous knowledge of code to fully experiment with their features.

I love the Engati chatbot. Wish I started using it sooner. I was a bit skeptical whether a no-code chatbot solution really exists, and one that gives optimal results. It turns out it does.
