I now use Zoho One for my website - Lewis & Son, which incorporates a number of Zoho applications including CRM, Campaigns, Social, salesiq, books, notes, projects and many amongst other apps.

Zoho is an incredibly powerful package that is very user friendly for both operations and administrators. Furthermore, the customisation is very easy to navigate and it is competitively priced.
