“Time saver!”
Zapier is a great tool to hook up two pieces of software and have it communicate with each other. I can quickly deploy a zapier solution that used to require me to write a lot of code. I can tell my non-techie team to use zapier instead of harassing the dev team. It's been a huge time saver.

Zapier makes it easy to link to multiple programs without having to know how to program. A lot of integrations want you to use their API or some burdensome software that they've designed. The fact that Zapier has so many options also makes it perfect for smaller companies that don't have the staff to create their own integrations.

Pros: Lots of apps and services that Zapier works with.
Cons: Would be nice to be able to filter zaps at the trigger stage - so where we filter out all but one of the triggering events, we wouldn't have all the rest count against account limits.

Pros: Zapier makes it so easy to connect other online services that otherwise wouldn't speak natively with one another.
Cons: No cons at all, if it was a human it would be my best friend. There is a bit of a learning curve, but that's true with any software.
Overall Experience: Zapier is like having a full-time assistant you only need to train once.
