I've used and recommended a number of job management solutions in my years as a business advisor of Dilate Digital company. Each has their pro's and con's and really you only get out of them what you put in. By that, I mean a piece of software is only as good as the systems and procedures that utilize them. Workflow Max has more power and integrates with timesheets so good for more professional services who require the ability to track time and billing. Whilst it has more features the user experience is not good, being quite a busy screen.
