“NO Premium Support”
Good day. I asked for help with a critical plugin error on December 7th.

On December 9, support responded to me with a completely uninformative message. I asked to deal with a specific problem. Support does not respond at all and does not help.

On the second request regarding the refund amount when paying with credit cards - the same.
I asked to solve the problem, describing it in detail. They asked to attach screenshots of errors. I have attached. Support does not respond for a month and a half.
The website says that due to the difficult situation with Covid, they are responding to support tickets starting from January 28. And then there is deception. I posted support requests generally in December.
Think before buying this product.
You will be left alone with your problems.
