WalkMe's product super-imposes an interactive and flexible layer containing step-by-step balloon hints, which are attached to different User Interface (UI) elements, that appear in a sequential manner according to the users' actions. WalkMe's Walk-Thru’s are automatically overlaid on the UI itself, adapting themselves to changing layouts and element positions, and do not require any agent, player, or software to be installed on the end-users machines. WalkMe is a code-free software that enables organizations to measure, drive, and act to ultimately accelerate the return on their software investment.
