Vortex PMS is an all-in-one, commission-free property management system built for independent hotels, villas, guesthouses and multi-property groups. Guests book directly through a fast, mobile-first, multilingual booking engine, so hosts keep the full room price instead of paying an OTA commission. Availability and rates sync automatically across Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda and 300+ other channels through a built-in channel manager, which prevents double-bookings. Hosts take card payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay, send tokenised digital check-in links with guest ID capture, schedule housekeeping with a dedicated mobile cleaner view, and track reservations, folios and per-booking economics.

Owners get reports, statements and a read-only unit-owner portal, and everything runs from one login across multiple properties. Pricing is transparent: a small flat monthly fee per property plus per room, with no percentage of revenue and no per-booking fees.
