Uploading and populating the virtual desktop is an absolute breeze, and set-up in general is simple and uninvolved. Their customer service is excellent and quick. The software allows for administrative control over all users and desktops. The price is excellent and there are no surprise extra costs. You can also customize your VM well, and they don’t try to upsell you to a more expensive level, they just allow you to tweak what you need to.

It does tend to time out pretty quickly, so you have to log in quite a lot. The VM desktop also can get a bit of a lag, which isn’t terrible but is noticeable.

V2 Cloud was perfect for expanding my firm with remote workers and has had incredible support.

We started using V2 Cloud for remote employees. By using a virtual desktop, our employees can use their home computer and we do not need to purchase additional hardware. The customer service is top notch if you need any guidance, advice or help. We are very pleased with V2 Cloud.

I recently started using V2 Cloud for my new company and it has been nothing short of amazing. The support staff is quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention the service is priced very competitively!

V2 Cloud is a great solution for DaaS. It meets a lot of needed requirements such as an easy admin interface and managing users, 2fa, cost efficient (compared to Citrix and others), works both in web browser and desktop client (Windows/Mac in scenario), and most of all, top tier support. Support is very responsive and knowledgeable. All the reviews you see on other review sites regarding V2 cloud about their support is accurate.

Our small non-profit with all-volunteer staff needed to reach more volunteers outside our home city. We needed to continue use of our legacy client-server database application with custom code without resorting to an expensive re-write. The V2 Cloud platform offered very good value and excellent support made the migration go very smoothly. We have also been very satisfied with the performance as well as the simplicity of the billing model without nuisance little add-ons.
