The 24/7 customer service is a huge advantage, you get help anytime and anywhere, which is important while travelling on long trips. When you have a technical issue or just need some clarification, the support team is always there to help.
  • The best thing is the reliability and usability of the TruckX ELD. It’s super easy to use even for the non-technical person like me, and has an accurate time clock. I like that I’m reminded of breaks and restarts so I don’t forget to follow through, and that all my logs history is accessible within the app.
  • TruckX is easy to use and helps me keep track of my trucks in real time. The GPS is accurate, the ELD feature keeps me on the right side of the law, and their support team replies fast. It’s also helped me cut down on fuel use and plan better routes.
