Travter

Travter is the operations platform for tour operators and travel agencies. One record follows a customer from the first enquiry to the ledger entry. In its first six weeks on Travter, one client captured 1,450 leads and published 1,330 departures. Travter captures leads with source and owner, and reminds the team to follow up. It publishes fixed departures and tracks seats, waitlists and moves between dates. It builds day-by-day itineraries, costs them with margin and taxes, and sends the proposal as a PDF or link.

It runs bookings with traveller details and ID documents. It collects payments with Razorpay links, tracks balances due, and issues GST and TCS invoices. It manages hotel, cab and activity vendors and supplier bills. It sells online through a trip website on the operator's own domain.
