Tradeloper is online reputation and local-search software for local service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors, cleaners, and roofers. It helps them collect more customer reviews, monitor their visibility on Google, and turn their reputation into marketing content.

When someone searches for a service like "plumber near me," the businesses in the top map results — those with recent, positive reviews and complete profiles — get most of the calls. After a job, Tradeloper automatically asks the customer for a Google review by email, tracks where the business ranks on Google Maps, alerts the owner to negative reviews so they can respond quickly, and can draft review replies.
