We use Toast quite frequently, and because it's a restaurant-focused POS, we are delighted with the experience. The app is that it lets you track inventory and shows you the most cost-effective ways to stock. Plus, our employees like the app's loyalty program, which gives them an added benefit for buying lunch in the canteen. The product is value for money. Though the initial investment may seem steep, it's worth the cost in the long term. Onboarding is smooth and hassle-free.

We Joy Organics use Toast. Toast's main benefit is that it is a complete point-of-sale system that enables even the busiest restaurant operators to collect payments and keep tabs on their business. The program includes front-of-house, back-of-house, and customer-facing features necessary for managing restaurant sales. Toast provides its services to eateries ranging from fine dining to fast food, from pubs and nightclubs to cafés and bakeries, and even to national restaurant chains. Toast's poor customer service is a significant drawback. The website's chat component is unsuitable for a fast-paced restaurant environment due to its long wait periods. As soon as a problem is identified, it needs to be addressed.

Toast is a great innovative operating system. The overall grade is 5 stars because of the factor: Ease of use. The operating system is easy to learn, takes an average crew member of mine an hour to learn the whole system.
