TestGorilla

We ParcelPanel use TestGorilla in our company. With TestGorilla, you can test critical thinking skills and personality traits, as it's not restricted to testing specific skills. The only problem I have with the software is the inability of employers to view tests, which makes scoring opaque. We can better determine the level of work performance by our employees and job candidates using scientifically validated tests.

We PhotoAiD use TestGorilla. Thanks to a vast library of pre-employment tests, we can avoid biased hiring. However, tests are pretty long, and it discourages some candidates. Also, this tool is only limited to one stage of enrollment and does not provide more functionalities. On the other hand, it ensures an excellent user experience. We are using it for 2 years now. We use it during each recruitment so that it will be at least a few times a month, depending on the period.
