Tenmil

Tenmil is a CMMS and EAM platform for companies that run heavy equipment: construction and earthworks contractors, aggregates producers, and mining operations. It gives maintenance departments one system of record for excavators, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks.

Preventive maintenance is scheduled by hour meter, calendar, or both, with readings entered in the field or pulled from a telematics feed. Work orders capture labor, parts, and outside services, and every closed work order writes those costs into the asset's history, producing true equipment cost per hour that managers use to set internal rates, price work, and make repair-or-replace decisions.

Modules cover asset and component tracking, work orders, parts inventory, purchase orders, inspections, warranty tracking, geozones, time cards, and fleet analytics, with ERP, accounting, and telematics integrations. The mobile app works fully offline, so crews can create work orders, request parts, and check time cards anywhere.
