Taskrol is a field service CRM built from real appliance repair operations. Owners, dispatchers, and technicians can manage customers, appliances, service history, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, parts inventory, business calls, and SMS in one system. The team calendar shows assigned and unassigned work, technician schedules, and time off. Field workflows include diagnostic authorization before work begins, customer signatures stored with the job, and technician pay calculated by hourly rate or a percentage of job margin.

Taskrol runs on web, iPhone, iPad, and Android. The free Solo plan supports a one-person shop, while Basic and Pro add capabilities for growing service teams. It is purpose-built for appliance repair companies rather than a generic sales CRM.
