The depot records what goes out, what comes back and what stays on site. Site managers request equipment from their phone and see what has been allocated to them. Everyone works from the same inventory.

Features include real time stock across the depot and every site, equipment and asset tracking with a movement history per item, transfer requests and validation between depot and sites, multi site management with thresholds per reference, a weekly depot schedule, and separate roles for depot staff, site managers and management.
