SpudgerHQ is online repair shop management software built for solo operators and small repair teams. It connects the full day-to-day workflow of a phone or device repair business in one workspace: repair intake, customer and device records, Damage Sketch, digital Repair Agreements and signatures, parts and services, technician workflow, QA, payments, and repair history. SpudgerHQ also includes POS checkout, split payments, receipts, inventory and serialized device tracking by IMEI or serial number, purchasing and receiving, barcode and QR label printing, Customer Orders with deposits and exact-device reservations, stocktakes, sales reporting, staff PIN access, Workspace Lock, and End-of-Day cash counting.

The goal is to replace disconnected tools with one operational system for the front counter, repair bench, inventory, and sales workflow.
