We believe that moving value across borders should be as fast, free, and simple as sending an email. No barriers, no boundaries. Years ago, we tried to send money back home to India from the US. It should have been easy. We watched as middlemen took a cut of our hard-earned money and held it hostage for days. High fees, endless waiting, mountains of paperwork, and constant uncertainty. If it's this hard for us to send help to family, imagine the struggle for a business trying to grow, or a freelancer in a developing country trying to get paid.

We realized the system wasn't broken; it was outdated. So, we decided to build a new one. Speed exists to make digital payments instant, secure, and universally accessible. We’re building a future where businesses and customers can move money freely—without borders, delays, or complexity. Speed could improve the onboarding and deployment experience for first-time merchants.
