“High delivery rate”
At SleepingOcean,we have been using SendGrid for my email marketing campaigns for over a year, and I like this service so far.
The features I really enjoy are:
Detailed reports that show bounced, delivered, opened, blocked emails, etc. You can track almost any metric, which will help you get more data for understanding your audience and improving your email campaigns.
High delivery rate. Indeed, out of all the email marketing tools I’ve tried, SendGrid shows the best results in terms of deliverability.
Great user interface. You can easily navigate through it and quickly do what you need to do.
Reputation management. It shows your reputation score based on the number of emails that were blocked or marked as spam, which allows you to analyze the results of your recent actions and see what needs to be improved.
What I don’t like is that design templates are quite basic and their number is limited. So, we have to create our own designs, which takes quite some time and increases the expenses associated with our email campaigns.
